We hope everything is 100% satisfactory. If something is not right please use this instructions for exchanges or returns. Our Goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.
For orders out of our Florida delivery area, we will do only the refund of the item value.
Merchandise Return Instructions:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence for a refund or replacement
Should you find it necessary to return any of the merchandise on this order, please follow the instructions;
To return a product, please take pictures of the product and email them to juliana@pitangabrazil.com along with your order number within 24 hours after receiving your order.
All returned items are inspected upon arrival at BRAfoods to verify that they are in new and unused condition. The items must be with their respective original tags. Refunds or exchanges will only be made after the merchandise has passed inspection.
If the product is not correct due to an error on behalf of the customer, the costs for the freight to return to Pitagabrazil will be covered by the customer, and if an exchange is required, the costs for the replacement to be sent out would also need to be covered by the customer.
Returns/Exchanges or refunds will only be accepted within 24 hours of goods being delivered.
Seasonal products and wholesale items are not refundable.
